ABOUT THE PLAYWRIGHT
W. Reid Kennedy (he/him) is an absurdist playwright based in Akron, Ohio. His children’s play, THE HUMBLE GUARD, was produced in 2019 by Perry High School in Canton, OH. In 2021-2022, Reid honed his writing and performing skills by performing stand-up comedy in the Greater Cleveland area. In 2023, Reid created Lunar Sun Theatrics, LLC, a theatrical production company that produced PIT STOP: EARTH as its debut show at The Rialto Theater in Akron, OH. He is a proud member of The Dramatist Guild.
