Vincent Thompson and Christopher White began collaborating in 2012, with White providing piano arrangements to Thompson’s story-songs. In 2019, they started co-writing songs, with Vince Thompson writing lyrics based on Chris White’s melodies.
Vince Thompson is an obsessive musical storyteller, known for testing his material in the acoustically unique stairwells of various Summa Akron City Hospital buildings, where he has worked for decades as an EKG Technician. His song-stories are peopled with “Invisible Men” (and women), and filled with empathy and soul.
Chris White is the director of piano instruction at “The Blue Macaroon Theater Company,” and founding editor of Rager Media, publisher of critically acclaimed books of fiction and poetry. He has appeared in many publications, including WRITER’S DIGEST, PUBLISHERS WEEKLY, and POETS AND WRITERS.
