Our monthly Sound Bath, facilitated by Liz Cook, uses the healing vibrations of sound to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for rest and restoration.
Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone in recovery, or simply looking for a peaceful way to recharge, all are welcome.
