Replacing our normal “barre” class on Saturday, we’ll be having a special vinyasa flow yoga. This is a PERFECT class to do before Stretch Yoga (which is conveniently right after). Great for all levels and a wonderful way to get you moving on a Saturday morning.
We would love to make this a regularly scheduled class in the future so definitely come try it out!
