 its are available first-come\, first-served while supplies last. Please re

 ut the Program Series:\n\nIn this ongoing series\, local chefs will prepar
 e a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce from the Summit Lak
 e Neighborhood Farmers' Market and/or Let's Grow Akron Community Farm Mark
 et. This series focuses on local\, seasonal eating\, highlighting its bene
 fits: better affordability\, higher nutrient retention\, lower environment
 al impact\, and superior flavor. Supporting local growers also strengthens
  the economy.\n\nEach class includes a 30-minute cooking demonstration\, 1
 5 minutes for Q&A\, and 15 minutes of information on local farmers' market
 s and nutrition incentives. Details about these markets and nutrition ince

 \n\nAbout Food Kits:\n\nFree food kits\, including the ingredients needed 
 to prepare the seasonal dish\, will be available starting at noon the day 
 prior to the event at the Kenmore Branch Library while supplies last.\n\nF
 ood kits are limited to the first 10 people to claim them in person during
  the pick-up time. These cannot be reserved and are limited to one per per
 son.\n\nFood kits are subsidized by The Friends of the Kenmore Branch Libr
 ary.\n\nYou will receive an e-mail with the Zoom link upon registration. Y
