 s a virtual summer cooking workshop with a local chef via Zoom. Food kits 
 are available first-come\, first-served while supplies last. Please regist

 he Program Series:\n\nIn this ongoing series\, local chefs will prepare a 
 budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce from the Summit Lake Ne
 ighborhood Farmers' Market and/or Let's Grow Akron Community Farm Market. 
 This series focuses on local\, seasonal eating\, highlighting its benefits
 : better affordability\, higher nutrient retention\, lower environmental i
 mpact\, and superior flavor. Supporting local growers also strengthens the
  economy.\n\nEach class includes a 30-minute cooking demonstration\, 15 mi
 nutes for Q&A\, and 15 minutes of information on local farmers' markets an
 d nutrition incentives. Details about these markets and nutrition incentiv
 es can be found on the Let's Grow Akron website: www.letsgrowakron.org.\n\
 n\nAbout Food Kits:\n\nFree food kits\, including the ingredients needed t
 o prepare the seasonal dish\, will be available starting at noon the day p
 rior to the event at the Kenmore Branch Library while supplies last.\n\nFo
 od kits are limited to the first 10 people to claim them in person during 
 the pick-up time. These cannot be reserved and are limited to one per pers
 on.\n\nFood kits are sponsored by The Friends of the Kenmore Branch Librar
 y.\n\nYou will receive an email with the Zoom link prior to the event date
 . You will receive an additional Zoom link two days prior to the event dat
 e. Please contact the Library if you are unable to attend.\nIf you do not
