 resents a virtual spring cooking workshop with a local chef via Zoom. Food
  kits are available first-come\, first-served while supplies last. Please

 bout the Program Series:\n\nIn this ongoing series\, local chefs will prep
 are a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce from the Summit L
 ake Neighborhood Farmers' Market and/or Let's Grow Akron Community Farm Ma
 rket. This series focuses on local\, seasonal eating\, highlighting its be
 nefits: better affordability\, higher nutrient retention\, lower environme
 ntal impact\, and superior flavor. Supporting local growers also strengthe
 ns the economy.\n\nEach class includes a 30-minute cooking demonstration\,
  15 minutes for Q&A\, and 15 minutes of information on local farmers' mark
 ets and nutrition incentives. Details about these markets and nutrition in

 rg.\n\n\nAbout Food Kits:\n\nFree food kits\, including the ingredients ne
 eded to prepare the seasonal dish\, will be available starting at noon the
  day prior to the event at the Kenmore Branch Library while supplies last.
 \n\nFood kits are limited to the first 10 people to claim them in person d
 uring the pick-up time. These cannot be reserved and are limited to one pe
 r person.\n\nFood kits are sponsored by The Friends of the Kenmore Branch 
 Library.\n\nYou will receive an email with the Zoom link prior to the even
 t date. You will receive an additional reminder two days prior to the even
 t date. Please contact the Library if you are unable to attend.\nIf you do
