 Grow Akron presents a virtual winter cooking workshop with a local chef vi
 a Zoom. Food kits are available first-come\, first-served while supplies l
 ast. Please register. \n\n\n\n\nRegister online\, in person\, or by phone 
 at 330.745.6126.\n\n\nAbout the Program Series:\n\nIn this ongoing series\
 , local chefs will prepare a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh pr
 oduce from the Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmers' Market and/or Let's Grow 
 Akron Community Farm Market. This series focuses on local\, seasonal eatin
 g\, highlighting its benefits: better affordability\, higher nutrient rete
 ntion\, lower environmental impact\, and superior flavor. Supporting local
  growers also strengthens the economy.\n\nEach class includes a 30-minute 
 cooking demonstration\, 15 minutes for Q&A\, and 15 minutes of information
  on local farmers' markets and nutrition incentives. Details about these m

  www.letsgrowakron.org.\n\n\nAbout Food Kits:\n\nFree food kits\, includin
 g the ingredients needed to prepare the seasonal dish\, will be available 
 starting at noon the day prior to the event at the Kenmore Branch Library 
 while supplies last.\n\nFood kits are limited to the first 10 people to cl
 aim them in-person during the pick-up time. These cannot be reserved and a
 re limited to one per person.\n\nFood kits are subsidized by The Friends o
 f the Kenmore Branch Library.\n\nYou will receive an email with the Zoom l
 ink prior to the event date. Please contact the Library if you are unable 
 to attend.\nIf you do not have an email address\, please contact the Kenmo

  webcam and microphone may be necessary to participate fully in this inter
