 d the American Midwest. Blending claw-hammer and finger-style guitar with 
 open tunings\, Auerbach crafts a sound rooted in delta blues and Americana

 \nJesse Ruben is a singer/songwriter who recently moved to Atlanta after s
 pending the last 15 years in Brooklyn. Best known for his lyrical storytel
 ling and engaging live shows\, his songs have been streamed more than 75 m
 illion times\, and he has been signed to both Sony/BMG and Universal Music
 . His most recent single "This Is Why I Need You” reached the top 10 in 
 12 different countries. He has recorded live sessions for NPR and MTV Asia
 \, and has been featured on CNN and PBS. He is currently touring in suppor
 t of his new album Belong. \n\nBeyond his music career\, Ruben is highly a
 ctive in philanthropic endeavors. He has run the NYC Marathon three times 
 for The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation\, the largest non-profit dev
 oted to spinal cord injuries\, and five times to raise money for Lyme dise
 ase. research. He is the co-founder of Generation Lyme\, the world’s lar
 gest provider of online support groups for anyone impacted by the illness\
 , and is also the founder of The We Can Project\, an initiative for young 
 students designed to help them discover their passions and give back to th

 ed. To promote the program\, he was personally invited by Hoda Kotb to per
