 m Rolls\n\n\nCreate your own shareable Nordic sweet rolls to celebrate Cin
 namon Roll Day! Learn techniques to elevate your baking game using tools y
 ou have at home. Each participant will take home bread to bake. \n\nRegist
 er online\, in person\, or by phone at 330.745.6126.\nDo you need a reason
  to celebrate? In Sweden\, Norway\, and Finland\, October 4 is Cinnamon Bu
 n Day ("Kanelbullens dag" in Swedish). Denmark doesn't need a yearly holid
 ay — cinnamon rolls\, known as "kanelsnegle"\, are a popular treat\, esp
 ecially on Wednesdays\, where a large version called "onsdagssnegl" (Wedne
 sday snail) is enjoyed.\n\nThis workshop will demonstrate simple technique
 s to turn breads and rolls into masterpieces using items you likely alread
 y have in your kitchen. Participants will be able to choose between cinnam
 on and cardamom and will take home rolls ready to bake.\n\nThis workshop i
 s being offered in two identical sessions — September 30\, 6 pm  and Oct
 ober 4\, 1 pm. Participants may choose one to attend.\n\nThis fall\, the 2
 025 Summit County Community Read initiative will delve into the ways food 
 connects cultures and communities—through shared traditions\, culinary c
 reativity\, and personal stories.\n\n\nOur featured book is “Saturday Ni
 ght at the Lakeside Supper Club” by J. Ryan Stradal. Throughout Septembe
 r and October\, many libraries across the county will host a range of book
  discussions and educational events inspired by the themes explored in the
  novel.
