 he Kenmore Branch team in this Earth Day celebration! Hear a fantastic ste
 el drum band. Enjoy refreshments\, a Naturalist presentation\, earth-frien
 dly crafts and exhibits\, games\, and raffles.\n\n\n\nCelebrate Earth Day!
  \n\nStarting at 1 pm\, you can meet with Rangers and Naturalists from loc
 al area parks\; listen to a program from a Summit Metro Parks Naturalist\;
  create earth-friendly crafts\, including seed pots. Educate yourself at e
 arth-based exhibits\, and challenge friends and family members with a vari
 ety of games. \n\nStay until 3 pm to hear the talented Steel Drum Army\, w
 ho will have you clapping and smiling!\n\nThis concert will showcase the t
 alents of students in grades 9-12 with learning disabilities\, autism\, an
 d other challenges. This school specializes in helping all of our students
  learn and grow into wonderful young adults in a warm and caring environme
 nt. Melanie Stoll\, Steel Drum Army director\, teaches steel drums and mul
 ti-percussion as a way for students to express their emotions positively a
 nd with a wide variety of music they can connect to\, ranging from island 
 socas to pop songs.\n\nLight refreshments will be served\, including bever
 ages from Srina Teahouse.
