DESCRIPTION:\nDavid Wimbish (The Collection) and Jesse James DeConto have b
 een making music together for more than a decade\, since David recorded tr
 umpet on Jesse’s second full-length back in 2013. \n\nIn 2025\, David ac
 ted as producer for a third album for Jesse’s songwriting outlet\, The P
 inkerton Raid\, due out this year. As touring singer-songwriters and band 
 leaders\, they’ve played separately on Midwestern stages from Wonderstru
 ck festival and Mile of Music to Beachland Ballroom\, Rumba Cafe and Schub
 a's. Mostly\, they’ve been each other’s big fans\, crossing paths and 
 cheering each other on at SXSW\, Wild Goose Festival and The Collection’
 s own Soil & Sky Fest in NC. \n\nFor the first time\, David & Jesse are hi
 tting the road together in 2026\, each bringing a unique spin on their int
 imate storytelling\, singing and playing toward hope and healing. Jesse wi
 ll be supporting David on some of his first US tour dates since reimaginin
 g his career as a solo artist after a decade and four full-length albums w
 ith The Collection. His songs have flowed from therapeutic conversations w
 ith guitar or piano\, through boisterous festival stages with a six-piece 
 band\, and now back to the most intimate foundations of his Appalachian in
 die folk-pop. \n\nAMERICANA HIGHWAYS describes Jesse’s music as “Beatl
 es-esque dreamy folk (that) simultaneously plumbs the depths of the state 
 of both the world and the human heart.” There will be laughter\, and pro
 bably tears\, as two friends share songs imagining a better world and bett
 er selves\, in search of solidarity with other souls in all their sufferin
 g and joy. \n\nMolly O’Malley will open the show with stripped-down vers
 ions of her ‘overcast pop’ tunes from Cleveland. \n\n\nGet to the show
